Refund policy

Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unused, unworn and unwashed. All items under our BATH section are final sale items. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Orders made with promo codes (not including the welcome code) are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit. Sale items are final sale. Return labels are provided by AKA, however please note there will be a restocking fee of $10 deducted from your refund. Restocking fee does not apply to returns made for store credit. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.

To start an exchange, return for a refund or store credit, please contact us at info@apresaka.com with your order # as the subject. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
